You're not weaseling too much are you? Only if not at all is "too much". The power to pass laws simply isn't the power to pass laws beyond the constitutionally limited power of the federal government. Its not "the power to pass any law, for any reason, creating any requirement". I think it's time you show the data and not just dismiss what others show. Your the one who is asserting the US is worse, you need data to back it up. I would only need to show data if I was making a specific assertion. Without the assertion an request for data is silly. There is nothing to provide data about. I could present some random data points, but there isn't any good reason to do so.
