Hi Ogi! Virginia taught us a few years ago that it is never too early to talk about takeover potential. I have to believe there is enough on the table right now to tempt a few players into having a serious look at EAS. To my mind the stock is undervalued just on the basis of what they have defined so far. If EAS goes on to demonstrate more big ounces at Sipipok or Moon, it is not going to get any cheaper. The only excuse that makes sense for me is that the majors do not want to do any exploration work of their own, and may be content to just buy the story out when all of the heavy lifting is done, even if that results in a much higher takeover premium. I would agree that there is a diminishing return in additional gold ounces beyond a certain point. But I still think EAS is hanging around in blue-sky territory at this point since no one can speculate with any confidence on just what the dream target of this deposit may be. The resource envelope so far is mostly shallow and within the limits of a conventional pit design, and if the other zones also come in with similar grades and widths than the entire story will be a quantum leap higher in value. The two-digit share price is now so far away now, in other words, and upside speculation is certainly warranted. I have been worried that EAS is overbought for the last dollar or so in share gains. We could be in for a nasty correction if there is any disappointment in the next round of news. However, we could see it remain overbought and carry to new highs if gold makes a big move higher too. I am just a passenger now, I sold my traders a while back and am just riding a core that I will hold for a long time to come. cheers! mike
