Jay, Thanks for the excellant summary. Based on my notes of the call,some additional positive items included: 1. The potential for Worldwide agreements with Lucent (7 divisons), Avon, and the Swiss company (Insurance/Bank ?). Leto also mentioned these agreements could be negoitiated in the 4th quarter and the impact is unknown at this point in time. (This is true having personally worked in the software industry for over 16 years). 2. The OEM agreements with DEC, Flexi(?), Anacomp, and Storage Technology. DEC is working on a big deal in Malaysia. Storage Technology is 6 months out from providing their solution with IMGX. MicroSoft is longterm. 3. Intergraph agreement may provide near term revenue opportunities. As a frustrated investor with this painful waiting game of good results, I still believe that we have hit the bottom and we are on the verge of the turn around. I am hopeful that the sale of Dorotech will occur soon, and the drain on the earnings will be gone. Good luck everyone. I am hanging on. Barry
