Comes defendant James N. Turek, and hereby moves this Honorable Court for relief to stay all actions in this case concerning defendant James N. Turek while the Department of Justice and the IRS criminal investigations of me are completed. These investigations involve the same allegations that are raised in this case. Hon. Patrick F. Nash has been appointed by this Court to represent me concerning the criminal investigations.
