IF -

(a) they payback PSDV the $25 million or whatever

(that s/b good for a buck a share)

AND

(b) file with the FDA by end of April -

then its just an FDA thingie ....

FWIW

Got no specifics but based on a CC awhile back I got the
impression that their cancer thingie has some "bugs in it"
that still have to be worked out.
