Well, there was a post in which you quoted Sam saying "it must be government regulations that push up the cost."

Just to set the record straight, I did say that, but in context it should be evident that I was asserting that insurance companies would use govt regulations as an excuse for higher prices, not that govt regulations were actually the primary reason for the higher costs.
