MILLBURY, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 4, 1996--OMNI MULTIMEDIA GROUP,
INC. (AMEX/PSE: OMG) OMNI MULTIMEDIA GROUP, INC's President and CEO Mr.
Paul Johnson, today announced the launch of OMNI's first national advertising
campaign conceived in conjunction with Robert Tinney, the world renowned illustrator
famous for his award-winning BYTE Magazine covers. The headline for the first of three
new advertisements created by Mr. Tinney will emphasize how OMNI can "Put It All
Together" for you, delivering a full range of services to meet the demanding
requirements of software manufacturers.

"Our national ad campaign is slated for a September debut and will appear in major
trade publications in our industry. The new campaign comes as OMNI recently
announced its plans to acquire two software manufacturing and fulfillment companies
with operations in California and Minnesota. We have increased our national presence
significantly since our $10 million compact disc mastering and replication facility
opened in May of 1996. It is time to let companies know who we are and what we have
to offer in the way of complete project management. OMNI is a full service manufacturer
with a national presence," stated Mr. Paul Johnson.
