When trading by charts - you get creamed - the 10 year auction squized all the shorts New 10-Year Tsy Yields 3.900%; Strong Auction 1703 GMT [Dow Jones] Treasury's reopened 10-year note came at a yield of 3.900%, compared with the 3.933% just before the 1 p.m. EDT deadline.
