Semiconductor companies have begun the migration up the value chain. These moves are not mistakes, they are anticipatory of VAT. To provide higher level integration reduces some # of VAT applications as envisioned by the powers that be.

Customers of certain semiconductor companies, will request these moves to cut the VAT gottcha, that is imminent according to all accounts coming in, from fully characterized mouthpieces.

We have been accumulating Higher Value added, strong balance sheets, and as always, forward demand.

Margin expansion can be quantum for a semiconductor company who in conjunction with customers anticipates the advantages of Value added counterprogramming of systemic largesse.
