Mark, I didn't mean to imply that Compaq or SYSF had issued any
press releases about SysWiz, but we all know they have been in
talks/evaluation for months. I know that, in the absense of a
signed contract, nothing matters, but the quote a while back by
Compaq about reworking their support centers using SYSF software
does not ring hollow in my ears. As PC prices continue to fall,
at the same time system complexity continues to increase, the
only answer is something like SysWiz. SYSF has, by far, the best
solution in the marketplace. The OEMs will come, it is just a matter
of when. I think the SysWiz-2.0 enhancements are important. I also
think that, if a Compaq signs up, you will see a lot more than 50%
return on your investment in the next 12 months.
