First of all, it is not just WHO who makes that judgement....since the publication of their study others have done it...most recently the New England Journal of Medicine... "The reason I have been silent is because I have no way of knowing who is best." Nonsense....be truthful, you've been silent cause you can't in good conscience claim we are the best... On other topics you don't seem to place such restrictions on yourself. " There are features in each system that are desirable and others that aren't by various criteria. " How would you do it?? And it you haven't done that in your own mind, why are opposed to the new law...I assume you're opposed??? But be of good cheer, you've been able to avoid the questions once more..
