Sure I do, but you still haven't answered my question.

I say the way we use carbon based fuels is more good than bad. We are free to live further away from work and not have to take trains or live jammed-packed in urban areas thanks to carbon-based fuels. We can drive bigger, more luxurious, and safer vehicles thanks to said fuels. We can deliver goods from far away cheaper and faster thanks to said fuels.

To restrict us artifically from carbon-based fuels because of some ill-defined impact on the environment would hurt us more than help. China will be more than happy to buy the oil we deny ourselves because of our own enviro-guilt. And they'll be laughing all the way to the bank.
