"not producing energy" Actually its tapping nature's stored solar power.

" forget dissecting the ethanol process" Yeah, who cares if more oil is used by corn ethanol than is saved.

"You drill baby drill types don't care as long as you get yours while it's available" Hey, I'm all for mine baby mine too. And nuke baby nuke. But we shouldn't waste energy on stupid wasteful ideas like corn ethanol.

".... If he acted like you Christ would never have shared his fish and bread..." Glad to hear you've decided to stop denying Jesus existed. Why you're even accepting NT stories as factual and historical.

"I didn't say the water off the beaches was contaminated from oil processing...except for high rent district Rio is filthy...." Rio may be filthy but you haven't shown the ocean water off Rio is too dirty to swim in as you claimed .... thus arguing they only allowed oil drilling since their ocean water and beaches were all squalor.

Re Rio being filthy .... how about Europe - is it filthy too iyo?

BTW all the European nations allow offshore oil and gas drilling. America is the only nation on earth to ban offshore oil drilling. A powerful testimony to the power of American liberals. All those nations liberals like to hold up as examples ..... none of them declare important energy resources off limits.
