AMAZON MINING RETAINS RENMARK FINANCIAL COMMUNICATIONS INC.
Amazon Mining Holding PLC has retained the services of Renmark Financial Communications Inc. to handle its investor relations activities.
"We are pleased to announce that we have selected Renmark to reinforce Amazon Mining's profile in the financial community and enhance the visibility of our project portfolio," noted Jed Richardson, vice-president of corporate development and director of Amazon Mining Holding.
In consideration of the services to be provided, the Company has agreed to pay a monthly retainer of C$6,000 to Renmark Financial Communications Inc. for a 12 month period.
Renmark Financial Communications does not have any interest, directly or indirectly, in Amazon Mining Holding Plc or its securities, or any right or intent to acquire such an interest.
