NEVER, ever serious.

Never, ever willing to put such constitutional strictures on a Republican President, (and they only mouth the words when they are fearing a Democrat President).

Whereas I am willing to put strict deficit controls on ALL future Presidents and Congresses --- REGARDLESS of whatever political circus tent they hail from!

(However... shorty does not have the guts. He prefers the rhetoric and the forever valuable campaign plank, instead of FIXING AMERICA'S PROBLEM.)
