I started my own ball rolling. I called my Merrill broker and
got the name of the person that could best handle my request to
get my certificates. My Merrill broker told me that my recent requests
for certificates have been kicked back three times already. He said
that he is all for me making a boat load of money in this and
will do his best on his end to help me get what I LEGALLY PAID FOR!!!
