I am sure Goldmoney will fix that. They always stated they offer holdings not account. Holdings served the purpose of holding tangible assets, not financial assets. So there is still rule for interpretation. Apparently, news rules have been submitted for FBAR. In the rules, gold is not mentioned as something reportable. edocket.access.gpo.gov Since I am no lawyer, I don't know for sure. Buut this thing is not crystal clear.
