Apparently you don't judge RESULTS...only ideology.

You could have been writing that about yourself. I am judging results. Having been studying economics for several decades I look beyond the short time horizon. That is why I can see the long term effects of the Reagan tax cuts while you focus on the short time horizon and add in responsibility for Tip O'Neil's excesses to boot.
