Of course, of course, of course.......any number that doesn't look good for us no doubt has not been obtained in a legitimate way, etc etc.... The problem is you don't present any numbers or data......just parsing of words .... "Deaths from hospital mistakes or diseases caught in hospitals may not be calculated the same way either" How many ways can you count a body????
