Bill -

An FDIC survey of data processing vendors to banks found less than one percent with significant problems, about five percent with
moderate problems and the remainder appearing on track to correct any problems.

Are there any details as to the nature of the "survery"... did it have a check box: "Our projects are typically 100% over budget & 18 months late."?

Point being... if you survey the man-in-the-street, he'll say that he wants both lower taxes & more services.

Unless that FDIC survey was dealing with bottom layer primary source material, I certainly wouldn't give it much credance.
