totally thumbing his nose to the American taxpayer and throwing taxpayer money down another rat hole! These people are operating a bigger shell game than ENRON That's it in a nutshell. He thinks he knows what he's doing but Ahmydinnerjacket nailed it by calling him an amateur and a cowboy. Appeasement and make nicey-nice is his foreign policy. Steal from the rich and give to his buddies is the domestic policy. Dontcha just wish that ass Charlie Gibson would ask Sarah Palin about the Obama doctrine? Yep, you betcha - it's so thin, I think that's what he meant by being transparent.
