KLP, I believe we have seen the end of the ability of debt to inflate the jobs picture in the US. Debt, debt, debt, debt - spend, spend, spend - anything to keep the bubble inflated - to get elected. For years the nation has used debt to avoid tough decisions. IMO - the time for tough decisions has come. Obama is absolutely desperate to reflate the old status quo. It cannot be done. Bad contracts and bad debts need to be liquidated. That is the purpose of recessions. Obama is spending trillions to try to prevent what is necessary. Bob
