Thank you for a reply elucidating your reasoning. Just to test *my* reading comprehension, let me restate what I see as your core beliefs: (1) MD has an excellent tool; (2) As companies/govt. realize they have a problem, they'll come to Zitel for a solution because of (1). As for myself: (1) may be the case, but unlike the situation a year ago, the tool would not be orders of magnitude better than others' tools; I don't believe (2) at all for reasons others have stated as well: choice of conversion one tool over another is just one decision out of the many in managing a Y2K project; CIOs aren't going to risk going with a company with such awful reported finances when they can go with a more secure company even if the tool is not as excellent; a company with such shaky finances won't get necessary security clearances to enter the niche MD hoped to enter; Zitel has run out of time to build a track record of successes.
