Does Datek allow you to trade NYEX stocks?
Seems like this is a great deal with the 9.95 fees
and the unlimited real-time quotes.
How would you compare to Etrade or other larger
on-line broker.

If you mean NYEX=NYSE+AMEX :-) then yes.
Tell me what you expect from a broker and I'll tell you my opinion on how it compares. It all depends on what you need.
