Sure kenneth. Don't be foolish. We have all seen people like that. Your practice is nothing new. You make cookie cutter appeals for "clients". Your SSD practice is nothing more than typing out the application for people and submitting it. The first appeals are little different. For the third you have to get off your ass and show up for the hearing. For that you get 25% of the back pay to a max of 6K if any back pay is awarded.

In most cases, unless you lie or encourage lying the applications are just a collection of doctors names and addresses and dates of claim.

The other administrative appeals for other agencies are very similar. Things either are or are not and unless you encourage the withholding of facts or lying, your practice does little for the individual but submit timely appeals.
