You will see Federal Judges refuse to go into that thicket.

Then if a state passes a law that you can't be on the Presidential ballot w/o showing proof of eligibility, and judges throw out a case challenging that law (saying that the challenge has no merit, I assume), THEN IT IS THE LAW. Am I missing something?
