Bent over with head in the sand is certainly the correct anatomical position for the Sungold investor. Wishing and hoping are hardly a substitute for reality. Clearly there are significant obstacles to getting listed on Nasdaq. Shareholders have a legal and moral right to know the facts...and the company has an obligation to communicate with shareholders.
