In Superior Court? I haven't checked the records this year however in the past I have search and you had no Superior Court appearances for 6 months, not that I was starting from an appearance. However consecutive searches showed nothing. Perhaps the courts Attorney search doesn't function well. It now supplies information up into July and you haven't business in the courts. I don't think you are as active in court battles as you would like others to believe. I know I am using the correct BAR number. but let us pretend you were active and worked cases in a real court. Does that mean you are current or open to new ideas? I don't think so. Your bunker mentality is evidence that you aren't. You are unbending, totally inflexible. You cannot yield even to the obvious.
