They were destroyed by the UN and Saddam himself...while the war was in progress and obviously going against him, he kept saying he had no WMD... But we had found "biotrucks" (big fake, they were hydrogen generators as he said), aluminum tubes(not centrifuge tubes), and a few 155mm shells (one even had mustard gas in it)

The claim is he used mustard gas or chlorine against the Kurds, but other sources say it was against or by the Iranians...no bio weapons to my knowledge.
