Better than that would be to find out if Fleckenstein was a buyer of the bonds, or to take that even a step further. How much of the short interest in Cymer is in MS and Monty accounts ?

How would you like to find out that the two firms have a huge amount of the short interest in Cymer. I wonder if Cymer investors would be able to go after them legally, if we found that to be the case. Would anyone care to repond, I know their are some lawyers here who follow Cymer ?

PS. How would you like to tell the two firms they are getting their short interest records in Cymer subpoenaed. If Emile's theory of shorting is correct, their would be a rush for the exists to cover.
