Yes, but while the stock price tumbled on news of the law suite...why hasn't it recovered as much on news of its dismissel..that puzzles me! I have been in since 20 and watched it go to 53 (dang, "shoulda, coulda, woulda")...back in again at 10...so that makes me about even today..I have been hanging on for news and and upswing when this suite was resolved...
