Disregarding your flippant answers, once again I ask you to tell me what test or preventative procedure is not covered??? But you seem to only focused on finding a statement that says "routine physicals are not covered"; this initial exam is intended to learn your history and any problems you may already have or are at risk for. And then you fail(refuse) to acknowledge the multitude of prevention services covered e.g.:

"Medicare covers a broad range of services to prevent disease, detect disease early when it is most treatable and curable, and manage disease so that complications can be avoided. Unfortunately, older adults are not receiving all recommended preventive services, even with frequent visits to physician offices. Reasons for this vary, but highlight the opportunity to improve preventive care for older adults.

The CMS Prevention section is an information resource to help support the delivery and promotion of Medicare preventive benefits, including:

* "Welcome to Medicare" visit (includes a referral for an ultrasound screening for Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm for eligible beneficiaries)
* Adult Immunization--Influenza Immunization, Pneumococcal Vaccination, Hepatitis B Vaccination
* Colorectal Cancer Screening
* Endoscopic exams
* Screening Mammography
* Screening Pap Test and Pelvic Examination
* Prostate Cancer Screening
* Colorectal Cancer Screenings including Fecal Occult
Blood Test, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Barium Enema
* Cardiovascular Disease Screening
.EKG
.Ultrasound stress testing
.Thallium stress testing
.Technetium stress testing
.Angiogram
* Diabetes Screening
* Glaucoma Screening
* Bone Mass Measurement
* Diabetes Self-Management, Supplies, and Services
* Any blood test your doctor prescribes
* All immunization shots
* X-rays
* Medical Nutrition Therapy
* Smoking Cessation

BTW, X-rays are no longer given on a routine examination based on risk-reward analysis.
I don't intend to give you the detailed list since I don't think you want to know about it anyway....But you can easily find it if you really want to....

And please don't delude yourself into thinking you've done any meaningful analysis....you haven't.
