The answer to your question is obvious....and the way you described the policy, I would be fine with it.

My main disagreement with the administration is in the use of civilian courts.....and a tendency by Gibbs to declare that they WILL be found guilty in the civilian courts.

These guys are not citizens and, perhaps with a few exceptions, were not even captured on US soil. To announce that civilian trials make sense seems inappropriate. IF civilian trials are used, the administration should be honest and say that if they are found not guilty (not innocent, rather not guilty - which can happen for many reasons), they will be released. Of course they don't want to say that because it would be very bad PR.
