All you need is a doctor's scrip. Then you can get your card- which comes in the mail- and you can sign up at any number of "clubs"- which are basically stores selling all kinds of pot, edibles, pills with pot in them, oils, etc.

You can even get your caregiver signed up, so if you are ill you can send someone else to get your pot. But you can't both be there at the same time (caregiver and person with card) - only one of you can go in. Security is tight- and they card you on entrance and I've heard most have security guards in the parking lots.

But I've heard people talk in amazement about being able to go in to what is basically a department store for pot :-)
