You should notice that the price suppression is applied with multiple system utility. As price expands across X units, it also subtracts against Y units, enabling the control ALGORYTHM to maintain its program. Under these conditions, as larger unit counts at lower price points come up toward something approaching valuation, the broker dealer buy programs capture fallout of scarce inventory from higher price zones by churning conditions described as overbought.

In the unique current situation we have with GE's attempted acquisition we will see that additional price pressure will be applied to the targeted company, while holistic portfolios range is alternating between add or subtract from the combinations of available parts within a predetermined range.

There are no market prices under this regime.
