Got the following info from Scott Liolos this
AM. Per Scott, all the money below flows
directly to Topro.

1) Planty2kone will be slip-streamed into the
Wonderware's FactorySuite1000 product
(bundled) to dealers now. When a client wants
to buy FactorySuite1000, he gets Planty2kone
free for 60 days. Capability of the CD for 60
days is only to identify embedded system
components you have from a pick-list. Period.
This list is only as current as of the time
the CD was cut.

2) Next Month, FactorySuite2000 (upgrade)
will be sent to ALL Wonderware clients who own
FactorySuite1000 (20,000 +- customers).
PlantY2Kone will be bundeled with it and will
be free for 60 days. Again, capability of the
CD for 60 days is only to identify what you
have from a pick-list. Period.

3) To keep the CD and software on the CD
that was operable during the 60 days (very
limited as above), the client must pay $4000.

4) To move on to analysis, fix, etc. and to
access the up-to-date database at Topro via
internet connection, the client must pay $5000
more on top of the $4000 above.

5) If the client wants the additional
capability of searching for proprietary code
(this is probably microcode) within their
systems, the customer must pay an additional
$2000.

6) If the client requests that a y2k
compliance report be run for a particular
component, that report will cost them an
additional $150 per report.

Scott stated that many clients will opt to pay
the $9000 upon receipt of the CD.

I am a software developer. This is THE way to
do it. Call this popcorn? More like a
fission reaction.
