Riley, I think the reason you're not being served with these papers is because Dempsey Mork doesn't want it coming out in court that he has offshore accounts in other people's names(purely speculation on my part).
So, in truth, it looks like he's only 100,000 short, but he could have a heluva lot more. Not saying he does, but I am saying he could.
If Mork is rich, why doesn't he just pay off the damn 300,000 and be done with it? He's gonna make a heluva lot more off the merger with DVBC!
And that's just one of his companies! Unless Dempsey Mork is more interested in the truth, which I can hardly believe he is. He would hire someone to discredit a company with no bearing on how the company's well being would fare.
Dempsey Mork, I say this to you. If you were not without guilt, you should've all let it come out in court. Because you released a statement saying that Olympus Ventures no longer exists, and you released a statement that claims stock manipulation, plus you put up a website so you could destroy RMIL's credibility...
I honestly believe you are as guilty as sin. And you will pay dearly for your immorality. You guys have been driving small companies into the ground for too long. And to think, if my family's company went public, we'd have to deal with people like you shorting us offshore.
