I agree with you here. I have an 'incentive' to economize because I have no buying power (yet, and maybe never <ggg>) and my insurance has gone up so much that my wife and I have upped our deductibles to keep the price down. That's why that bill I read about yesterday in either Newsweek or Time caught my eye. John
