Although the market will likely initially bounce once the S&P retests the March 2009 lows, the odds are high that the S&P will fall to the 500 level and possibly below that to the 343 level once the next leg down in the secular bear begins in late August.

Many may think that I am a madman calling for such a decline, but I make my calls quite carefully with prudence always uppermost in my mind.
