Finally a halfway sane post. Yes, we do have a problem with debt and deficits and entitlements.

Which is why its not a good idea to create new ones.

The idea that government driven investment in renewable fuels will power economic growth that will help us cope with our entitlement burden is a wild dream.

Are you ok with increasing taxes to help solve these problems, including letting expire Bush's massive two tax cuts?


Not when unemployment is in double digits.

I rather think we should stop creating new entitlement programs, stop passing trillion dollar spending bills, and adjust the retirement age upward further.
