"Gore did not do #1 and #3." Yeah he did. He was promoting a wide scale network as the wave of the future well before the Internet actually existed. And there were attempts to shut down ARPANET on several occasions for security and cost reasons. While Gore wasn't the only one who blocked those attempts, he certainly was very high profile. Try talking to people who were actually around during those days. You might learn something. "if he or she then went to a higher-up and said "Tenchu's work was actually MY creation," I'd still have a fit." Gore never claimed to be the only one. You are making that part up.
