Well this usally means that the market maker is holding out for his price. Given the % change I wonder if the one buying at 11/16 and the next sell by him will be at 7/8. Wide spread are the norm on these small issues. Tiswf is an opertunity you might want to look at this time given news on the underlying stock and current price.
