Oh, in my state of Washington about 1/5 of the population.

One more time. Who? Not how many. We've covered the poor. We've covered those with pre-existing conditions. We've covered the elderly. We've covered the employed without employer coverage. We've covered those who don't want coverage. Who is left to be covered?

And while you're at it, what do you mean by "covered"? Having a policy? Having access? Having "free" care? What?
