TJ, your comments all fall in the domain of the possible but not in the plausible. Weather and pilot error cause 80% of the air accidents. Google it if you dont believe me. Spending time on far fetched conspiracy theories, solves nothing. There are countless ways this could have been set up but in the end, the overwhelming odds are that it was a combination of weather, bad decision and pressure to get there.
