blueone, john is indeed infinitesimal steps ahead at any given time... there are no rules, there is no box: he excels at anything he wants to excel at. he hears a roar where others only hear a squeak.

as a child, his father brought home mainframes for him to play with - his relationship with paul allen later in life was a direct result of those years spent freely experimenting with those micro-architectural precursors. He could 'hack' well before the word itself became a popular catch-phrase in 80's movies. In years past, when he's had nothing specific to focus on, he played... "growing" rubies, building specialized hardware/software, building anthrax "zappers"......it's a laundry list. scholastic based knowledge/learning, no matter what level, is a dinosaur to him.

The great thing about what john has built in JBI is that it's an awesome depository for his unrelenting energy for creation and discovery. All that previously unfocused/unspent energy is-and-will be used to our (the sharehoders) benefit.

The only problem I see for John is that in fact things happen to slow for his liking. As things progress and JBI grows, invariably that process of creation and discovery that drives john will be slowed to accommodate the mortals around him. People are harping about things on ihub that to john appear to be; what a grain of sand in the toronto harbor might look like from the top of the cn tower -- thats gotta be frustrating indeed.

Thanks for that post Steve! That was always my explanation for not always hitting some timeline goals. He misjudges how much work can be done when it isn't in his hands. I worried that he may throw too much on his plate, but after your post and reading about Henry Singleton, it looks like that is exactly what he wishes. So glad to have found him this so early in the JBI journey.

note: this guy Steve was told by his mommy about this stock:

I was in early spring 2008 -- so yes, 2008 is correct - well before p2o!

my mom called to inform me that john is selling private shares in his company: my response - "ok, i'm in". didnt even care what his company was about, just knew that it would be golden.
