Here's an extract from a posting I made on another thread. It's concise, so may be worth posting here:

....However, my favourite is SWN.v, Selwyn Resources. Its market cap is about $79M, but a Chinese smelter is willing to pay $100M for a 50% JV in its Selwyn project. They're aiming at a bankable feasibility study by the end of the year. It might indicate a present price:sales ratio of .14c..... 14c of today's SWN market cap might buy a dollar in future annual sales at today's metal prices and at full production!! "Better than Pine Point" is my speculation.
