SOLP Announces Warrant Buyback

Hello,

I just spoke to Mr. Eric Davis the CFO of Solomon Page who informed me that a press release announcement regarding a one million warrant buyback plan was issued on October 31st. The release which evidently resulted in the recent activity was not picked up by all the news services.

The bottom line is that this will reduce any dilution fears and improve eps numbers.
