Regarding news: The post by Flightlessbird pretty last night pretty much sums it up. Waiting for sign-offs and legalities which should be completed today. Then it is up to ACCY management to get it out which they said they would do immediately thereafter. Crossing my fingers. Jodi P.S. Actually, a slight delay in the AM may be nice - I could steal a few more shares. LOL
