No... actually what I referred to originally was 'the missing documents'.

Which --- as you can clearly see from the posting --- the Pentagon CONFIRMED destruction of (at least some.)

(Now... as to whether *other* documents were pulled from Bush's Guard records in Texas and destroyed by political operatives prior to his Presidential run, as has been alleged, I make no claims whatsoever. No way to 'prove' that either way as far as I can tell. But the "accidental" document destruction is OFFICIALLY CONFIRMED by the military.)

So, when I said 'documents missing' I was exactly CORRECT, and confirmed in that by official sources....
