Most of the arguments in those briefs are BS. A game of WirdBall. Takes a non-lawyer to cut thru it. The Law ain't that hard to understand. Somewhere in the Talmud is the answer to everything. Sometime I should read it. Fer instance, prohibiting partial birth abortion is unconstitutional, cuz it deprives me of my freedom of religion. May be the same for Moslems or others, but it doesn't really matter, cuz we are set up to protect the rights of the minority. Ain't nothing to it, but you do have to live in DC.
